Spanish Flower

Bay Mare Foaled May 10, 2011

16.3 hands

Meet Spanish Flower, a grateful and calm Thoroughbred mare with a Jane Austen type of grace. Rescued from a kill pen in August 2023, she’s now looking for a forever home that will appreciate her quirky personality and big, athletic build. Spanish Flower is a solid mare, standing out in a herd as a calm, drama-free presence, typically settling comfortably in the middle of the pack.

While she does crib occasionally, it’s minimal and she does not require a cribbing strap. She’s an easy keeper and has been thriving barefoot. Eligible for the 2024 and 2025 RRP Thoroughbred Makeover Broodmare division, Spanish Flower has the potential to excel in a new career and would be a fantastic addition to any barn.

If you’re looking for a mare with heart, personality, and the potential to shine, Spanish Flower is the one for you!

Why Don’t We Charge Adoption Fees?

At Mareworthy, we believe that every horse deserves a loving home without financial barriers. That’s why we don’t set rehoming fees. Instead, we want you to focus your resources on providing the best care possible for your new horse. By adopting, you're already making a difference—your decision helps us open space for another horse in need.

If you feel inspired to support us further, donations are always appreciated, whether now or down the road. Your generosity allows us to continue rescuing and rehabilitating more horses. To contribute, visit our donation page at Givebutter.
